For a more intensely flavored drink, reduce the ice by half and chill in the freezer for an hour before serving.

1 cup chopped watermelon, seeds removed (about 5 ounces)
4 ounces Adam's 100% Mangosteen Juice
1 1/2 teaspoons fresh lime juice
4 ice cubes (about 2 1/2 ounces)
8 mint leaves, plus 1 sprig, for garnish

Combine the watermelon, mangosteen juice, lime juice, ice cubes, and mint leaves in a blender and puree until smooth. Pour into a highball glass, garnish with a mint sprig, and serve with a straw.

Yield: One 10-oz smoothie
